A secondary suite is a self-contained dwelling unit within or attached to a primary residence.
In the Town of Crossfield, secondary suites are not automatically permitted and are reviewed case by case. Approval is at the Town’s discretion and depends on factors such as zoning, site layout, parking, servicing, and neighbourhood context.
