The Administration team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Town and for carrying out the direction set by Council. While Council establishes policies, bylaws, and strategic priorities, Administration ensures those decisions are implemented efficiently, responsibly, and in the best interest of the community.
Led by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Administration provides leadership, oversight, and coordination across all municipal departments. This includes financial management, strategic planning, infrastructure oversight, legislative compliance, public service delivery, and organizational governance.
