Town Council is the elected leadership team that guides the future of our community. Made up of one Mayor and six Councillors, Council sets the Town’s strategic direction by passing bylaws, establishing policies, approving budgets, and determining service levels that reflect community priorities.
Council members represent residents and are committed to transparent, accountable decision-making and responsible governance to ensure the Town remains a vibrant and sustainable place to live, work, and grow.
Council Information
Council members serve four-year terms and may seek re-election. The current Council was elected on October 20, 2025. The next Municipal Election will be held in 2029.
The Deputy Mayor position operates on an eight-month rotation among Council members, allowing each Councillor the opportunity to serve in the role, promoting shared leadership and broadening experience across the Council.
