The Town of Crossfield has transitioned from bi-monthly to monthly utility billing, effective April 2026.
The final bi-monthly utility bill covered January 26 to March 25, 2026. Monthly billing began with the April 24, 2026 bill, covering the period of March 26 to April 25, 2026.
Utility bills are now issued monthly to property owners by mail or email, with payment due dates typically set for the 15th of the following month.
To avoid the $2 paper bill fee, residents are encouraged to sign up for eBilling. Simply complete the E-Bill Agreement and return it to the Town office before the next billing date to receive your utility bills directly by email.
