An accessory building is a detached structure located on the same property as your main building.

Examples:

  • Storage buildings
  • Detached garages or shops
  • Sea cans (where the use may be allowed at the Town’s discretion)
  • Structures used for business operations

Building is LARGER than 100 sq. ft (9.3 m²) Building is SMALLER than 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m²)
