Do You Need a Permit?
Yes. A Development Permit is required prior to removing a structure.
Additional approvals may be required based on site conditions and the proposed work.
Inspections & Safety Codes
The Town of Crossfield contracts IJD Inspections Ltd. to provide Safety Codes services.
Depending on your project, additional permits may be required for:
- hazardous material abatement (e.g., asbestos)
- structural demolition
- plumbing, gas, or electrical disconnections
These permits are reviewed and inspected by IJD Inspections.
