- small-scale services (e.g., personal services, instruction, wellness services)
- use of space within the dwelling or an accessory building
Must:
- remain secondary to residential use
- not interfere with neighbouring properties
- comply with Land Use Bylaw regulations
A Home Occupation type of home-based business is classified as a discretionary use under the Land Use Bylaw and requires a Home Occupation (Development) Permit, along with a valid Business Licence, prior to operating.
