Crossfield Community Centre

The Crossfield and District Community Centre was built in 1991 and is a key amenity in town. It offers a total of 16,200 square feet of space for residents, groups and organizations to utilize for a wide range of functions.

The Community Centre offers two different-sized rooms to rent:  a main hall, and multi-purpose room as well as a bar and a fully-stocked commercial kitchen.

Microphones, microphone cords, microphone stands, remotes and bar equipment (pourers, corkscrews, etc.) are also available from the Town office.

It is the responsibility of renters to provide their own pop and glasses for functions. Ice is still available and included with facility rent. A copy of the liquor license is required.

Main Hall

Our spacious Main Hall is a versatile venue ideal for both private and public events. With a dining capacity of 500 and seating for up to 675 for presentations or performances, this hall can accommodate a wide range of gatherings.

Whether you're planning a wedding, fundraiser, banquet, conference, community celebration, performance, funeral, or birthday party, the Main Hall offers the flexibility and amenities to suit your needs.

Included with your rental:

Multi-purpose Room

Our spacious Multi-Purpose Room offers 2,100 square feet of flexible event space, making it an ideal venue for a wide range of gatherings. With capacity for up to 120 guests for dining events or 170 guests for seated functions, the MPR is well suited for weddings, fundraisers, birthday celebrations, wedding and baby showers, meetings, courses, and memorial services.

The room is equipped with:

  • a microphone system, 
  • rectangular tables, 
  • residential refrigerator,
  • small kitchen area, 
  • a portable bar, 

A kitchen is also available for an additional fee, providing added convenience for catered or self-hosted functions.
